Fasten gets you where you want to go without sacrificing the well-being of drivers. By charging them just $0.99 or less per ride, not 25% or more, drivers take home more of the fare and you still get the lowest rates – so it costs you nothing to do the right thing.
— Find a ride nearby in seconds and be on your way in minutes.
— Enter your destination to see your fare estimate upfront.
— Karma Rewards, where every ride counts toward free ride credit.
— 4 and 6 seat options to choose from right in the app.
— Easy cash-free payment. Tip if you’d like, anonymously.
— Proud to be currently servicing both Boston and Austin.
Minor bug fixes and improvements.

And another one...
“The leader innovate, the common imitate”. Now, what do I get from opening this lackluster of an app? An app that struggles to keep up with the responsiveness of touch. Visually, this app is a complete eye sore. I couldn’t tell if this was a ride-sharing app or an e-trade page while launching. The painful writing or explanation on what they are trying to do as a company seems to be misguided. On the rider app they are telling us what are they charging the drivers in comparison to its competitors. What interest do passengers have with what is your business model? And since that is your point of sale to attract us the consumer, than how do drivers benefit when you cut the prices in order to compete with your competitors? Also, according to your legal page it says that Fasten may increase the quota that you charge drivers at the companies discretion. What factors determine that? Do your drivers know about this? Was it emphasized before hiring them? Or maybe because they are independent contractors, which technically makes them not part of the company, they didn’t have the right to know? This is just another app, following the trend (footsteps) of what other have accomplished and dragging drivers, hoping they never take into calculation what they are really making. I hope this is an eye-opener for all.
I would like to have the app have me log in to Fasten before I attempt to get a ride instead of after I have got the ride and am trying to pay for my ride. Lately the ride has had me log into facebook after I have received my ride and while I am trying to input rating and tip information. It’s a major inconvenience to have to log into fasten again while I’m trying to pay for the ride. Though I love logging into Fasten with facebook, I would like to have to log in before I book a ride if I have to log in at all. Also, I hope to not have to log in to fasten more than once a day.
My device was hacked through the app as a driver. I am currently working on a criminal case DOWNLOAD AT YOUR OWN RISK. My devices encryption keys were bypassed by the app and all my personal info was stolen. If an app asks to to bypass apple permissions you have just compromised the security on your phone. While the customer app is apple approved the drivers isn’t which means a hacker could see your personal data if they are hacking the driver. It’s a perfect revolving door of private data. Think about everything on your phone. When you get into the Fasten car you just opened the back door. I’m hoping they sue me for this because I have a ton of questions they won’t answer. Let’s see if lying under oath is appealing to them.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
