The My Verizon Mobile app enhances your store shopping experience by:
*Enabling an exclusive in store experience where you can interact with featured products, view product information, availability, and pricing.
*Purchase accessories via your handset while in store.
*Checks you in automatically when you arrive for preexisting appointments, workshops, or in-store pickup.
*Schedule an in-store workshop or appointment for a future date.
To use these features, you may need to turn Bluetooth on at the time of your store visit.

App does not work for prepaid iPads
This app works for viewing accounts that have cell phones, or cell phones and iPads on a monthly billed data plan. I have found that if you have a iPad on a separate account that is prepaid, this app cannot function to track that iPad's data usage. I gave three stars to credit them for the nice app for monthly billed accounts, but they need to get the stupid thing working for the prepaid accounts. Almost seems like they WANT us to not have an easy way to manage our data usage. They wouldn't ever do something so horrible would they? :)
Just lowered my rating
Today's update did not fix the data limits section. Still cannot adjust limit on the app.
I am unable to change data usage limits. The app doesn't know the difference between 0.63 gb and 2.00 gb. It keeps saying to increase the limit. Which is what I am trying to do.
This last update is terrible. It was way too many steps to make changes before. Now when I try to increase a usage limit for my daughter(3.4gb to 3.6gb) to help her get through the month, the app say it has to be higher than 3.4. Duh, 3.6 is higher than 3.4.
Difficult to read and takes too many steps to see data usage on all devices.
The new app layout is difficult to read. The text on a white background makes all of the text run together.
It also takes multiple steps to see the data used on all of my devices. Before I could see all of my devices just by swiping to the left from the main page.
