Excellent... for true fans

This is an extremely well made album, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for someone yet unfamiliar with Busdriver's style. It's strictly a concept album about the trials and tribulations of "love", with very jazz-based production. It doesn't grab you quite the way "Imaginary Places" does, but if you just listen to it for what it is, there's really a lot of substance to it. Lyrically, it's unquestionably up to Busdriver's standards, and the beats are extremely finely crafted. Don't dismiss it, especially if you consider yourself a fan of his other work. I guarantee you will enjoy it.

this album is pretty good... but temporary forever is still the best. This album lead up to temporary forever and demonstrates some of Busdriver's earlier skills. kaybye

He began rapping at age nine, releasing his first record at age...
