Bad costumer service and can’t return my items

I bought some clothes from this app and it’s all wrong sizes I tried to call the customer service a lot of times and every time waiting
15 minutes in the line for someone to answer me and help me no one answer and they closed the line , I sent an Emil to the customer service but no one replay to my emails . I have received some items from my order and want someone to collect it from me and to cancel the rest of my order and get my money back but no one wants to help me , seriously I will not use this app again and not recommend to anyone

Too much of a hassle when facing an issue

This is the first time I ordered. Ordered 2 items. I had put my address in Ajman. Received a call in the morning and i work in Dubai and there is no one at home to receive it on my behalf. The delivery staff was very good and we agreed to meet somewhere else in Ajman to receive it later on. He adviced me to change my address to dubai for my 2nd item since it will be convenient for me. Sent email to customer service and they changed. After few days am receiving call that my item will be delivered to Ajman….and of coz am working in Dubai. Told him that i need it in Dubai becoz i changed my address and he says next day his colleague will deliver it. Several days later am going back and forth with customer service and still haven’t received my item. I will never order with 6th street again and they might as well keep my item with them as am leaving the country anyways.

Worst service ever!!

I usually order to 6th Street and they are fast, they give you updates but now it became worst!!!

I ordered Jan 14 until now I did not get my order. I needed to call the Customer Service on Jan 18 and he said the item is still in their store, so if I did not call no one will notice my ordee. He said to wait again for 3 to 5 days, if not call them back again. (nice service huh?)

I sent an email on 17 and 22 for follow up as I dont get any updates at all as on my application the item is still on process since Jan 14!!!! I received same response from them, stating :

Kindly be notified that one/some of the items in your order is delayed as it is being fulfilled from a different location, however we have already contacted the logistics team to ensure that your shipments get delivered to you as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the delay and hope to serve you better in the future.

Time abd Day passed and all I get is same respond??? not even specific one? what is this? a robot? automatic response?

I got tired waiting and to save their time and my time, I cancelled my order. It feels like I am doing them a favor.

Will not order anymore!
