Some mobile operators offer cheaper alternatives to calling overseas by applying a special short code before the phone number. If you make a lot of calls, memorising several phone numbers can be a headache. Editing the phone number in Contacts can be a nightmare and create all sorts of problems with your data or even create duplicate data.
EasyIDD is the answer automatically applying the short-code before the phone number ensuring savings across every international call.
How It Works
Tap an international phone number you'd like to call from within the EasyIDD app and the + is automatically swapped with the International Direct Dialing (IDD) code of your choosing without having to edit your iPhone or create duplicate Contacts.
◆ No need to memorise special short codes or phone numbers
◆ No need to edit your contacts each time you make an International call
◆ No need to create duplicate contacts, i.e. one phone number with the (+) and another with (some special IDD code)
◆ Includes IDD promotional codes from Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
◆ Create custom IDD codes for those that are not listed in the EasyIDD database
◆ Supports dial string formats including +, 00, 0011, and 011 so no need to worry about how your phone numbers are formatted for international dialling
