Unprofessional behavior
I booked a flight + accommodation using the app. First issue was with the flight as I paid for the seat selection feature, me and my companion ended up sitting separately. Secondly the hotel refused to check-in and asked us to ask our travel agent for the payment. Tried endlessly to contact their support to no avail!! Had to pay for my stay on my own credit card. Total scam of an app!! Don’t use it as there is no one to help you or assist you with any issues. (Waited hours on the international call hotline to no avail)
DONT BUY- worst experience
PLease don't buy and waste your , this is the most stealing app with the worst customer service and experience. I bought 2 flights + ticket and when i came to check out it said there was a booking error, i then came to see they took the money from me but didn't give me any booking confirmation / reference number, i tried calling and emailing and finding ways to contact them but its horrible. Please don't fall for this app.
