Good App more features can be added
I like the app it’s user friendly but little bit difficult at the beginning specially setting up your passwords however, once you get to use it you’ll find it easy.
If they can add an option to redeem your earned points instead of calling the call centre it would be better like some other bank apps.
So I try to open the app using my password. It says invalid password. Well, I am 100% certain that my password is correct, so I decided to check it. I ask to change the password so go through the usual checks, account number, date of birth. I then enter my old password, the one which FAB is telling me is incorrect and up comes the message: you cannot enter your previous password. But you wouldn’t let me open my app with that previous password as you told me it was incorrect! Useless...
Not very smart app
I don’t mind the fact that I can check my balance however the whole idea of having “a smart app” is to be able to access with ease.
You can deploy finger print access as that will save us the hassle of having a password I have to remember even though I use it once a month.
Not very smart to be honest as I can at least have an easy access to view my balance and I need to take an action you can verify me then.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
