Happy with the app

It’s a very good app, helps you stay up to date with your group events and join accordingly. You can search for new groups as well. Only problem is you can’t access some links via the app, you have to log on through a laptop to do that. But overall great and would recommend it

Great app, worst message loading time

The app is great to connect and build various communities. But a big setback is that it does not load the messages as fast. Specially in the mobile phone version. Even that chat history does not load and new messages are not shown instantly which is a requirement in this competitive era. Hope this will be fixed. Everything else is good. Hence the 2 star. The main purpose is to get the engagement from the community’s people and be able to interact instantaneously.

Notification and Payment update

Hi! So far the app is excellent though we are having issues with the notifications. When we send messages to pur members, they are not getting any notification even in their emails.

Also, we sre trying to update players that are paid for the event but the status is still not changed from ‘unpaid’ to ‘paid’ status
