Fantatic

There is no doubt that the quality of apps on apple ecosystem is superior and an absolute charm to run. What an amazing interface for work email which I resisted for months because of reasons unknown to my native brain. After IT discontinued blackberry email everyone was offered option to take an iphone or a samsung. I chose a samsung because I keep an iphone for personal use and Yes it took me a couple of months to single upon Outlook on iPhone when work phone died while on vacation.
There is no going back, Rock On microsoft.

Our use of outlook

Even though it’s a bit expensive but it’s worth it and we depend on it a lot. The search feature is not strong, and we cannot filter by “unread” which Is a pity. Overall very good

Also many of my good emails go to Spam. And the spam go to the inbox. And we are getting spam from outlook itself.

Microsoft you’re a disaster - avoid at all costs

You Suspended my account over three weeks ago. Zero customer service. You can only email. No customer service desk that you can call. They don’t even reply to emails. Unprofessional, useless company. You should be ashamed. Warning to anyone using Microsoft company services, if anything goes wrong good luck. You’re on your own. I suggest to everyone to stick with Apple products and services. I’m deleting all my accounts and cancelling all subscriptions. I suspect Microsoft has been hacked and they’re scrambling to rectify the breach without informing their customers, similar to what happened with Facebook. Just a heads up to anyone downloading this app.
