Struggling with password forgot

It’s been 2 months I’m struggling with just forgot currently I’m living in UAE and every month I have to send money to pakistan and I forgot my application password so I want to forgot but they said your account has been blocked due to security reasons and I emailed them talk with there representatives they can’t help I have my registered mobile number with me but I can’t call from UAE to pakistan I just receive messages and they give me another solution and they said email us with CRF form so we will update your email in your account then you can email us from that email then we can reset your password and I emailed them more than 5 times and they didn’t respond yet

Good But i cant add my beneficiary permanently

You need to make option we can add our beneficiary parmanently like if we ad beneficiary we no need to write Accounts number or IBAN number again and again

Worst App and Bank Services

I thought Allied is the best and opened my family account in the bank and transferring money from abroad. The first thing when ever my family went the bank 👉🏻system is always out of service even receiving messages that money has been received they are unable to withdrawals. When I emailed them 👉🏻the reply from their side is that inbox is full and they won’t receive the mail.... that’s really... ??? The goodwill which i was believing is disappointed me. I said my family to close the account and open in some other bank. Please increase your status for other 🙏🏻
