myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals, submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

Ratings and Reviews
The Face ID don’t work with iPhone X, have to inter password manually every time. And almost every reimbursement I submit after few days when I check I get a massages that documents missing thou I subset all. I resubmit the same document I go throw. Looks to me it’s just staling from MetLife to delay the payment.

FaceID isn’t working, the personal reminder is off and still am getting reminders!
Worst application. Brainless app developers. I can’t even put the full user name there, because silly app don’t have that much characters space, whereas I am having same user I’d from years..
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
