The RTA Dubai Drive application is exclusively designed to provide a personalized experience for Road Users, Car Owners and Driving License Holders in Dubai, to help meet their needs. It helps you manage your Driving License, Vehicles, Fines, Parking, Salik, Plates and Certificates.

• استخدم بوابة دفع حكومية آمنة DubaiPay و ePay للدفع لجميع خدمات هيئة الطرق والمواصلات عبر الإنترنت ومن خلال التطبيق
• "مستنداتي" التي توفر نسخة رقمية من رخصة القيادة السارية وبطاقات تسجيل السيارة وشهادات رقم لوحة السيارة الخاصة المشتراة ، يمكنك استخدام هذا كوثيقة رسمية مع كيانات أخرى مثل شرطة دبي

• عرض نشاط المعاملات الأخير مثل أي تذاكر وقوف السيارات وإعادة شحن سالك
• استفسر وادفع جميع المخالفات (المرور ، المواقف ، سالك) في تطبيق واحد
• حدد موقع أقرب مركز لهيئة الطرق والمواصلات باستخدام وظيفة GPS ، حيث يمكنك استخدام الخرائط للتنقل أو الاتصال بمركز أو شركاء هيئة الطرق والمواصلات لاختبار السيارة

Ratings and Reviews
Need improvement in parking gps
The parking gps still doesn’t work in this version and a user has to tap twice on parking (by going back to main page of app)

Good
This app is good and it did make almost everyone’s lives in Dubai easier and faster. But !! the app can also be better and I know that which each update it’s getting better and better I’m aware of that but in my opinion I think the app should allow you to stay logged in at all times, cause to log in every time I have to park makes the process just as long as walking to get a parking ticket, but don’t get me wrong I love this app and support it, goodluck !!

Bad experience as usual
As usual with RTA apps you find everything difficult than it must be, instead of putting everything in 1 app the decide to make 2 apps for the same reason but the divided the services to complicate it more, however the applications are not working good so you have to keep repeating applying for your services twice or more (30 mins) while opening the application between each time if you closed the application it repeat counting the 30 mins again to proceed with one simple service, so I believe if you visit RTA customer service desk is better than using RTA’s “smart solutions”
