Subscription Details
► All SurfEasy Ultra VPN features and unlimited bandwidth are included in the trial
► The free trial period lasts for 7 days.
► Once the trial period has finished, the length of the subscription will be 1 month.
►Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at £1.99/a month unless the subscription is canceled through App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Account Settings after purchase.

Why it’s hard to make a call when we connect it ?

Do not install this app!!!
I installed this app yesterday and I am very disappointed! First of all they charged me one month fee even when I have chosen a 7 days free trial period!! How is that possible?? Second, the app does not work! It is not turning on the VPN and no way to make it work. Wrote to help center and didn’t receive any feedback yet. Summary: paid for the monthly subscription and didn’t even got the service!

Can’t cancel the subscription
Be careful if you want to download the application. I tried to unsubscribe without success. Apple store confirmed that I am not subscribed to SurfEasy, but SurfEasy still keep renewing every year spite my request to cancel the subscription and ask me to contact Apple to unsubscribe who in their turn confirmed that the billing is not through them.
