I know you wont admit but the fact and true that your algorithm design even it is certified it is a scam I am a software design engineer I studied and observer very well and even compare to other game apps similar to you that’s your game apps is manipulated and innocent player are victim your price buyins is much more expensive also. I scenario is this even your not collecting your daily price achievements you are adding this amount by urself even the player don’t acknowledge the collection. For me to all player who wants to play here be careful and cautious of buying chips because you will end broke this game is a fraud scam I suggest play but not buy chips or play in other game apps which is much better than this which I guarantee you all that’s a fair game

They confiscate chips without warning

Please don’t spend here on buying chips ever. They r supposed to give a warning according to their terms and conditions (section 9.2) if supposedly they find something wrong happening, but what they do is totally contrary to their terms.
Without warning or a show cause notice they confiscate chips arbitrarily. I request App Store to review them.
I am seeing so many replies from there here about getting in touch them for help, but they r afraid of their security team and are adamant in not helping or answering simple questions like why no warning before confiscating.

Not giving a warning is just like a steal or fraud so u r a fraud.

Your support staff is toothless, why don’t u answer the question why u don’t follow ur own term sec 9.2 and give a warning before confiscating chips.

Again request App Store to delete this app as they r stealing chips
I buy from apple store and they know my purchase history. Zynga is better in this.

Virtual currency can be confiscated only when one of our Terms of Service has been violated, specifically, by intentionally transferring in-game currency and making purchases that bypass Apple’s official store. If you are sure this is a mistake, please send a support request via the in-game Support tab.
