Best rates in the market and very convenient
I have been using the online service from the past 3 transactions. I have been provided the best rate and since I shifted to online money transfer sending money home has become so much more easier I do not have to stand in que anymore at the exchange house.
I would recommend uaeexchange online services to anyone who is looking for best rates and convenience while sending money home.
My last 3 transaction requests from app were not acknowledged either by SMS Or emails even though transaction registered successfully... And the sad part is even though I shared my debit note as a proof, support team is unable to locate my transaction in their account and they cancelled my requests without even notifying. Now am puzzled and juggling with support teams where my money gone. Very unprofessional way of support in such a financial sector which is very sensitive. Need to amend your work flow to avoid such scenarios which affects customers trust on you.

App is always having ERRORS!
I installed the app cause i saw the promotions that if you it’s your first time to send online through the APP, you will get 100AED YouGotAGift voucher. Even the app ratings is very low, i gave it a try. And to my expectations, it is a very disappointing app! I was trying to sigh up and couldn’t because according to the app, the internet is not connected, i tried it using WIFI and data 4G, not working at all. So it’s a total waste of download.
How will i send if I couldn’t even create an account????
