I wish I could give a ZEEO. they don’t deserve even 1 star.
I transferred my number from Du to Virgin.
And I payed for the package I chose.
New SIM card was brought to me, and from that moment on, for the next 10 DAYS I could not call anyone and I had no data!!!
I can’t express enough how bad their customer service or their “managers” are.
I called them every single day, twice a day to get an answer or a temporary solution as I could not use my phone at all with no data.
The “manager” added 10 dirhams to my package to have in case of emergencies.
They offered no solution or at least a temporary solution.
They have no customer service stand you can visit after you’re sick of speaking to the phone puppets that know nothing and can’t even call back after they promise to do so.
I wasn’t sure if it was all a joke or a bad dream.
Even writing about this I can’t believe that I experienced it.
For the love of everything, DO NOT HIRE THIER SERVICES!!!
Worst experience ever
I am facing an issue it has been two days and no-one is answering my questions correctly via chat , so i decided to call , and the customer service called Marwa , which is actually very rude , unprofessional , and zero knowledge about her product , didn’t answer any of my questions , and she even didn’t bother to listen to the question to answer it correctly , which means one thing , bad service , unprofessional staff training , wrong people in the right place .
Thank God for not being ur customer , so i will stick to du services .
One last advise , either train ur staff correctly either fire them .
You have good services and wevcan see that .
, your application has been built based on customers experience..which is very smart idea.
Furthermore, clear vision how to response to your customers is the added value to your customers services
One point I would like to see it on the application, is adding more than 500 min. As a plan monthly.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
