Album Review

Dru Hill's 20th Century Masters contains 12 tracks, all of which are included on 2005's 17-track Hits. It comes in a bare-bones cardboard package that all but asks you to dispose of it after ripping the CD's tracks to your computer. The disc itself is held by a substance called "PaperFoam" — which, to be fair, is at least biodegradable — and you are directed to a URL in order to get the liner notes, track information, and photos. Those without computers, or access to computers, are out of luck. While Hits does contain more material (including Sisqó's "Thong Song," and track information and such), it does stretch the definition of "hit" a little too far, and this disc has all but one of the group's charting singles — only the very minor hit "The Love We Had" is missing. The better choice between the two compilations is a toss-up.

We're not making love anymore

I DO NOT want to buy the whole album...only one song...but because you won't let me, I had to unearth my soul food soundtrack from my college box...and guess what I found...a whole bunch of one hit wonder CD's that I was going to buy the single, but I found them. Two thumbs down to itunes for not letting me buy this separate (but I guess...two thumbs up for making me find it)
