Serviceable and Unremarkable

This album is for everyone who has played PoF and wanted to remember their time playing Guild Wars 2 for years to come. For everyone else there is little to recommend. The tunes are not poorly composed, simply unimaginative. If you close your eyes this could be the soundtrack to any given number of fantasy games set in the desert. The battle music is a standard drum-and-choral arrangement that has been used to indicate "epic" for years on end. There are a few fun compositions in between forgettable filler material. This is the audio equivalent of straight-to-video movies: you will not be bored, but you certainly will not be thrilled either.
