A beautiful expression of 'latin-guitar' empathy!

I am a relatively new fan to the music of Al Marconi, but I have followed the 'latin movement' for over twenty years. This is sequentially, his first album of note, released in 2007. Marconi definitely belongs in the 'upper-echelon' of neo-flamenco superstars, who practice their wonderful artistry. I have listened to just about everyone of consequence [Benise, Jesse Cook, Armik, Govi, Strunz & Farah, Ottmar Liebert, and Jim Stubblefield] on the latin-jazz scene, and can find nothing but stunning passion in Marconi's masterful technique. I have added a number of his cuts ['Nomad, 'Black Rain' and 'September Tears'], to my "latin playlists", and it messes seamlessly with artists like: Lawson Rollins, Roman Street, and Kevin Laliberte. The artist finishes his set with the poignant 'Afterglow', which is simply a beautiful expression of latin-guitar empathy. One of best latin guitar practitioners on the 'world scene' today!
