Critical Problems - Missing Tracks - Now Partially Fixed But Still Incomplete

You know what, Steve Jobs wouldn't like the fact that months and months later, you STILL haven't fixed this. I've read the book. He would have been REALLY UNHAPPY that you couldn't fix such a simple problem.

Well, you made me give up on this one. Track 8 still hasn't been restored after months and months, and someone else has it at $1 cheaper, and their offering is complete. That's a no-brainer, I bought it over there. Sorry Apple; today was a really good day for you with the roll-out of OS X Lion and new MacBook Airs, but this album is still a sour note.

Still waiting for track 8 to be restored.

Okay Apple, you at least fixed the Brahms 2nd Piano Concerto; the 1st movement has been restored in all its glory. Thank you. Now lets completely fix the problem by restoring the Cappricio in b-minor on track 8. That as you see is a duplicate of the 38 second applause segment on track 6. That is, you still have a whole entire "song" missing from the album. Once you do that, you'll be able to legitimately sell this album knowing the customer is getting all of what he is paying for and I will happily buy it, because I really want to hear this live concert by one of the greatest pianists who ever lived.

Months later you people STILL haven't fixed this problem. I had to battle for a week to get a refund on this incomplete, erroneously packaged album and you're still offering it for sale. YOU ARE STEALING MONEY FROM EVERYONE WHO BUYS THIS, FIX IT OR TAKE IT OFF THE ITUNES STORE!

Apple refunded the cost of the album. Thank you, Apple, though I wish it hadn't been such a struggle. The problems still exist and no one should buy this album until they are fixed, but at least I got my money back.
---originally---
The prospect of having a live performance by Arthur Rubinstein of the Brahms b-flat from 1966 when he was at the top of his game is impossible to ignore, but there are critically serious errors here. The entire first movement (2nd track) of the concerto, which is supposed to be a 16 minute, 48 second track, is instead an erroneous repeat of the 1st track opening applause as the artists come out on stage. That is, the 1st movement is not there at all. The same type of error was repeated on track 8, where the Brahms Cappricio in b-minor is erroneously replaced with a duplicate of the applause from track 6.
