FIRST!

Haha XD Nah, but seriously, many compare this band's style to that of Amon Amarth. Surprisingly enough, those who compare are WRONG. I really enjoyed KOA's first two albums, this one is no exception. Amon Amarth is epic, but this band is also very epic, with their lyrics consisting of Mythologies and what not. It's kinda hard trying to explain the differences, but let's just say that claiming both bands sound the same is like claiming Behemoth sounds exactly like Dimmu Borgir. Anyways, give these guys a listen and support their awesome music. HORNS UP \m/-_-\m/

Founded in 2008, King of Asgard is a Swedish Viking metal band formed by former Mithotyn members Karl Beckmann (guitar/vocals) and Karsten Larsson (drums). Along with Lars Tängmark (guitars) and Jonas Albrektsson, who joined after the initial duo recorded their 2009 demo Prince of Märings, the band explore their Norse roots with a blend of black metal, doom, and traditional influences.
