iTunes Review

A band at the forefront of the smooth U.S. West Coast sound, Fleetwood Mac contained three gifted songwriters and remarkable vocalists who all wrote enduring anthems. This sprawling compilation cherry-picks the best of their remarkable ’70s and ’80s output, highlighting Christine McVie’s lovelorn lyrics and sweet melodies (“You Make Loving Fun,” “Don’t Stop”), Stevie Nicks’ mystical bent and ethereal vocals (“Rhiannon,” “Sara”), and Lindsey Buckingham’s winning way with pop hooks and experimental production techniques (“Go Your Own Way,” “Tusk”).

Can't go wrong

classic Fleetwood Mac never goes out of style. worth every dime.

clasic

perfect

New to the US

Actually this 2-disc compilation has been available in Europe whereI picked this up two years ago. Don't know why it took so long to get it released in the US, but this version is far superior to the previous single CD Greatest Hits collection as this does cover everything from Rumours to when Buckingham left the band, and even then this collection still includes "Skies The Limit" which was worth saving from Behind The Mask. It's a pretty definitive collection.

Throughout all of their incarnations, the only consistent members of Fleetwood Mac were drummer Mick Fleetwood and bassist John McVie -- the rhythm section that provided the band with its name....
