GerontoCalc is a free app created by the interactive agency i-com for the association against seniors undernutrition Nutrisenior.
Although being more specifically developed for a geriatric use, this application is accessible from any iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and allows anyone who cares about health to follow the evolution of their body.
Simply fill a few data (measures, age...) to get various information such as your height, body mass, Buzby index, Pini index or energy needs.
Helpful and easy to use, GerontoCalc is a great support for your nutritional watchfulness.
