Yoga breathing, or Pranayama, is the science of breath control. It consists of series of exercises especially intended to meet the body’s needs and keep it in vibrant health. Please read all the precautions and contra indications and also consult competent yoga teacher or physician before practicing any type of breathing exercises.

Mastering breath is a key aspect of yoga practice . If you already practice physical forms (asanas), Yoga breathing practice will take you to new level.

What's New in Version 2.3

Added three additional levels of Anuloma Viloma Pranayama.
Beginner level 2, provides practice instruction for session of about 6 mins. Intermediate level 2, provides practice instruction for session of about 8 mins.
Advanced level 2, provides practice instruction for session of about 12 mins.
These additional levels could help yoga practitioners achieve higher levels in Pranayama practice. Please practice only to your capacity. Consult a competent yoga teacher if you have any questions.
App is also tested on iOS 6.0, 6.1 and 6.1.2.
