Just bought and so far so good, but..
Just bought this app. It definitely is the app that iPhone “Files” should have been. Managing files even between cloud services and NAS drives straight from my phone is so easy. I can’t believe it too this long to find this app.
Where’s the “but..” part? I would think a business app like this should definitely have Citrix Sharefile cloud service comparability. I missed that part when purchasing. I would love to see that added. That being said, well done on a very useful app for power users that can’t always have a PC in front of them.
The business version is worth it
Ok, I am a seasoned computer user but the iPad is relatively new for me. With my regular computer in the shop, I have been making a commitment to see what I can get done with the iPad alone. I have tried a lot of different apps and solutions and this one is so far the best of all of them for increasing my ability to use the iPad for the most purposes. I have servers, other computers and a Synology NAS I can connect and copy between everything. Awesome!
Confused...nothing shows up in the “On My iPad” folder
Okay, temporary “3 stars” (avoiding not putting a “1 star” down at this time instead, despite being terribly frustrated, as I’m probably just doing something dumb. Would have been 5 stars if it “just worked”). None of my files stored on my iPad (via the iOS Files app) are showing up in the FileBrowser app “On My iPad” folder. Is there a “switch” I’m supposed to click to make this happen? Had no problem connecting to Dropbox, OneDrive, and GoogleDrive - and all those files show up just fine. But if I can’t see what’s in On My iPad, then it defeats my primary purpose of buying the app(s) (same issue in both the Biz and standard version of FileBrowser). Went to developers website as well as Googled for an answer, but did not immediately find one. Maybe answer is in front of me, and I’m just being particularly dense today. Hoping for a reply from Devs with simple-to-follow directions to help me along...otherwise will ask for refund from Apple on this.
