-Bug Fixes and Improvements
Glad they did the updates required so that I could still use this app after iOS 11 released! It’s easy to use, and the exercise plan is surprisingly effective for such a small time investment each day. I notice more cardiovascular endurance, stronger muscles, and more overall energy. Plus my appetite is coming under better control, I’m finding more motivation to get/stay fit, and I’m sleeping better. It’s definitely worth it, even for an everyday Joe like me who’s not the gym rat type. Having multiple workout packs help keep things from getting in a rut. I like that you can earn new workout packs with consistency—nice incentive. And I love the graph to track progress. This app is a great workout buddy! So glad for it!
I have been using this app now for about two years, and really enjoy it. It’s very simple to use and usually takes me longer to talk myself into the work out then the actual work out itself. Even though it’s only seven minutes, I feel like I’ve just completed a 20 minute workout. So easy and convenient to do on the go as well when traveling. I’ve tried The bonus workout 1 and find it more challenging which is nice to mix it up. Can’t wait to try bonus number 2. Really liked the new variety. Thank you for creating this app which helps me stick to my exercise routine’s.
This app has changed my life
I started working out with this app 2 months ago. Since then I have done two sets everyday. I have lost 19 lbs and went from a size 10 to a size 4. The exercises are challenging enough to get results but not so hard that it becomes too hard that you get discouraged. I feel better than I have in years. I highly recommend this app to everyone.
Update; I now have been using this app for 18 months and I've lost 30 lbs and look better than I have in 20 years
