I want to love this app too...

I just recently received my Apple Watch and tried using this app on it just a few minutes ago, but was unable to do so as the workout kept sporadically pausing itself, rendering the app practically useless. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong? I would very much like to use such a beautifully-designed app, so if this could be mended in the near future that would be immensely appreciated. Until then, it is unusable.

P.S.—A suggestion for the iPhone app: allow the workout to continue to work when the display is off; I usually put music on, put the display in sleep mode (as to conserve battery) and keep my phone in my pocket whilst I'm workout out, but this seems not to work with this app. If this could be fixed as well, it'd make the best 7-minute workout app on the App Store all the more brilliant. Oh, and add iOS Health support (if possible) while you're at it.

Great for the phone - useless for the watch

This app is very simple and useful. Voiceover instructions and simple animations are great. However, the presence of the Apple watch add-on is what prompted me to purchase it. The watch version of this app pauses when you are not looking at it, which renders it literally useless. The only thing I want it to do is tap me on the wrist at the end of each exercise and rest period - that’s it. And yet… fail. The fact that it even pauses when the watch display sleeps is mind-blowing. Please fix the watch version! This could be so amazing and so simple to achieve. You can do it!

Good 7 minute workout

Why do people always complain about apps that do exactly what they say they will do? This is a very nice app compared to other like apps. I've used several HIIT apps and this has been my go-to. Others offer more options and flexibility but they pale in comparison to this app when it comes to reliability and functionality. I don't have an apple watch so I cannot comment there, but overall, this app is worth having.
