Meets my expectations

This is a great little workout series. I have tried every one except the yoga one. I have not been disappointed. I do a workout everyday before going to work. The workouts are short, even though my body says that I should quit because it seems long when you are doing it. I have lots of energy during the day. Perseverance is key. I don't beat myself up if I miss a day. I just keep motivated to do my best the next day. The best thing about this workout is that I don't need to spend a lot of time trying to figure out when I can do it. I have 4 and 7 minutes to spare everyday. Thank you guys for developing this!

Just like a ‘real’ workout! 😃

I’ve been consistently underwhelmed when I’ve tried similar and competing apps, but Quick Fit is terrific. It provides timed and guided exercises, just like at my gym with my trainer. The mild encouragement is subtle and makes me smile, but the workout is for real. I repeat each sequence two to four times, depending on how much time I have and if I’m adding any other exercise, like strength or cardio, that day, and it’s every bit the workout I get at the gym. Great substitute when I’m on the road or can’t get to the gym.

Too many bugs

Alert: this app never quits running in the background and burns down the watch battery. If you notice a dying battery, it is not a hardware problem, simply uninstall the watch app!

The watch app has a bug where if a notification occurs on the watch during a workout, the workout permanently hangs and will not resume. And Restarting the app causes duplicate workout sessions to run at once. And the cancel and end workout options do not respond. You must uninstall the watch app to recover.

Also if you accidentally choose the wrong type of workout on the watch, you can't cancel or end it. The first selection will continue to play after you have reselected and started another. Multiple workouts just talk over each other on the watch. It's a real mess.

Finally, the app support website is just an advertisement, with no way to report issues. Hopefully a developer will read this.

Why is Apple allowing all this stuff to pass? It's too bad because this app has one of the best features with ability to workout independently of the phone.
