Adam's Game is a game for toddlers and preschoolers. The game shows three pictures and asks your child (or a toddler at your preschool) to touch one of them ("Touch the cow!"). When your child picks the right picture, the game cheers. If your child picks an incorrect picture, the game says "Uh-Oh" and flashes the right picture. After several turns, the game rewards your child with music and a group of objects floating across the screen. Adam's Game also allows you to add your own pictures and voices to the game. This is great if you want to add a picture of the grandparents or your family dog.
To customize Adam's Game with your own flash cards simply drag your finger in a large circle anytime during game play. At this point, you can add pictures for parents, grandparents, a brother, a sister, the dog, or the cat. Users can even provide their own voice-over for items and as such can add 9 completely new items to the game (a total of 18 customizable items).
- All voice content is exclusively in English.
- Recording voice content requires a microphone. The iPhone has one built-in and Apple offers an external one for iPod Touch 2nd Generation users.
- Adam 's Game can make use of your iPhone's built-in camera for adding picture content as well as any photos you have stored on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Best app for my 5 year old autistic son!
This app has so much potential! This is the perfect game for teaching receptive identification to an autistic child. I have been looking for games like this when I need my son to do some "independent work" time. He enjoys this game and has learned several new receptive ids. Three suggestions: 1. tag autism in the description, you will get more purchases and 2. create more customizable entries- I would love to be able to add lots and lots of my own pictures to this program- like maybe even 30-40? 3. Let users add their own voices for longer than 3 seconds, maybe 5 seconds? I would like to use this to do feature function class and need more time to say "touch the one that goes on your head". Also some action words. See the recent ABA apps that have very realistic and clear pictures.
The simple format/platform of this app- touch the.... plus the "reward" after a few is terrific and has enormous potential. I hope the developer (or another developer) can realize it to its fullest potential.
Definitely poorly written but some good points
I am assuming there is no longer support for this but I wish there were. We got this when it first came out and my grandson loved it but there were definite issues back then and they were never fixed. Looked like a mom or dad created this for their child. Some of the issues involve strange orientation (the mouth and other images are sideways??) but the worst is that the image they show for the Moon is not the Moon. It's Mercury. I am now using it with our 20 month old grandson who loves it but I will no longer use it because of the moon. We are sky watchers and he is often the first to spot the moon in the daytime sky and I won't have him misidentifying our friend the Moon. There was a review that said there are other similar apps out there but a brief search hasn't found any. If someone could recommend, I'd appreciate it.
Good app, some changes could make it even better
I bought this app to use with my non-verbal toddler with developmental delays. I really like it, but his vocabulary is very limited. I'd like to be able to remove the preloaded images and use just my own. It would also be nice to have an option of picking from a field of 2, not just 3 images. Very good app with great potential!
