How does it work?

Each coffee drink is graded on a 1 through 10 scale with “10” being the highest quality coffee drink and “1” being the lowest quality coffee drink.
The quality score takes into consideration: aroma, flavor, acidity, aftertaste, body, balance, sweetness, clean cup, and cup material.
