Good concept but has issues

The app is a good idea and in theory can streamline daily workouts and meal planning. However, the meals would be so expensive and are not easy to find ingredients for in the US. The planned workout feature on the calendar is nice, but the workouts don't have videos included and are very repetitive and boring to follow. They are tough to do at home in an apartment due to the jumping and necessary equipment, but are kind of awkward to do at a gym with the needed floor space. I had the free week trial and cancelled my subscription through the app, but I was still charged the next month for the subscription without warning and had to report an issue. Should not have to take extra steps to cancel a free trial, and I felt the way that was managed was sneaky and unnecessary. This app is also way overpriced as I could get a full gym membership with instructed classes for just a little more each month.

My favorite workout program off all

I am so thankful I found the sweat app!! I have been doing the workouts consistently for 36 weeks and have seen my body change a lot since I first started. The workouts are fun, fast paced, and always leave you feeling exhausted (in a good way). The workouts are put together intelligently. I do them all from home which is another bonus. You do need some weights/equipment. Each workout tells you what you need. I have done many different workout programs and I have seen the most results with this program. You MUST give it a try!! And be consistent! You will see gains in strength and your body change. Thanks Kayla for such an incredible program.

Great app, but the calendar NEEDS to be fixed

I love this app! It's exactly what I needed to become more consistent when I work out. The work outs are awesome and leave me SO sweaty.

The only thing that bugs me is the dang calendar. It will add workouts to random days without me doing anything, and that is with selecting the option to not follow the recommended workout schedule. I don't follow it anyway so it doesn't really affect my progress anyway, but it's annoying. If I'm paying for this app every month, I would like for something that big to actually work (if hadn't worked properly since I first downloaded in June). I hope a developer sees this and fixes it!
