Good workouts, poor functionality
I love these workouts. The problem is, when I start a program, the body weight program for instance, I complete two or three days worth and then all of my progress is lost. Or, the app simply quits functioning giving me a weird error message—“trying to get property of non-object—and I can’t access any of the workouts. I have contacted support twice and each time I have a couple of communications before my emails are returned as undeliverable. Like I said, the workouts are great, but the app just doesn’t perform well.
Server Connection Error
Great app for a month when it was working. Since May there's been a "Server Connection Error" that prevents users from logging with both email and Facebook. Contacted app support and they said it's a known issue but no know ETA for a fix. Tried getting another update but no response and then my subscription was automatically cancelled. Since then, no response from app developer via email or Facebook. Poor app support.

I downloaded the app for the first time and it appears to have given me someone else's profile, and I can't reset it. I put in my info and it just reverts back to this other profile. This also means none of my workouts are ever logged. It constantly asks for my location even though I've turned off that setting. I've contacted activex support and was told they can't help, so I contacted the app support and never received any response.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
