NOTE: When measuring heart rate, your index finger needs to completely cover both the camera lens and the flash. Hold your finger securely in place with a moderate amount of pressure, a tight grip may lead to inaccurate readings. Using SenseSleep while in motion or when your fingers are too cold may lead to inaccurate readings. It is amazing tech. I felt better while using it, it is so simple to use for almost any age. You can use this app to relax, if you feel tension or have a bad mood. I like the small size of this app so much, also it has cool and modern interface which is well organized. You can feel your heartbeat in the tip of your finger while examination. It works!

It's such a simple but effective sleep app that actually helps you relax and go to sleep. I've used it every night for the last four days and I'm sure now it will be a ritual. I fell asleep while doing the app last night on breath 16.
