Excellent service
I've been using Capsule to have prescriptions delivered for the last few months. They are amazingly responsive, prompt, and convenient to deal with. Following a serious health scare last year, I've been on a number of regular prescriptions. Capsule contacts me via text a few days before my pill bottle runs out. I use the app to set a date/time for delivery of my next refill, and they deliver it on time, every time. So. far, it's been flawless service for me. They work with my insurance also, so I spend absolutely no extra funds to have the convenience of Capsule. Reccomend it highly.
I've Been Living Under a Rock...
Ever since I've stumbled upon Capsule several months back, I can't believe how I could have survived without them! Duane Reade or Walgreens (whatever you like to call yourselves these days) used to be my pharmacy for years. I've been gradually getting frustrated with them because my prescription is NEVER available and has to be ordered. By the time it shows up, it's a week later! Come on guys, people need their prescriptions in a timely fashion. With Capsule, they have truly been a lifesaver! They transferred my doctor and prescription information from Duane Reade without me lifting a finger. They even text me while I'm STILL at the doctor's office that they have received my prescription and is filling it as we text back and forth. Their correspondence is always reliable, they respond in minutes. Moreover, my prescription has always been on the pricier side and with Capsule, they were able to reduce it to $30.00...every time! Who doesn't like to save money? Last but not least, their delivery is always prompt and comes in a sleek care package. They really know how to get the job done. I'm truly impressed! Love you guys!
