Your membership will be automatically renewed if you cancel it no later than 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. A termination of the current membership before the end of the subscription period is not possible.

Great app just needs some coding work.

I just completed my week of using this app. I love it and it has great work outs. My only problem is the fact that when I missed a day for the training plan it did some glitch where it made me complete a session and it screwed my days up so I had to manually go to the specific workouts and then restart the training plan over. There needs to be a way to control the training plan for example let me select an option that says I have completed that session. It needs to be looked over by the dev team for me to give 5 stars.

The only fitness app for me

I've tried alot of fitness apps for home workouts because I honestly hate going to the gym. Most apps promise alot but then require a monthly or yearly subscription once you do a single workout. This app delivers my own personal workout plan for free; it's challenging, tough, and everything I could hope for. It's also very motivational.
