Problem found in the app. Can’t seem to get support.
I only put this here because the app support link in the Apple App Store page for this app sends you to the home page of the TIAA website. Can’t get support?
I found a problem in the accounts section the app. I click my account, and my contributions show incorrectly. The balance vs contributions box shows a line graph. There is now a dip in the line of my contributions. Some where the data point seems to have changed from the total of my work and personal contributions, to only my contributions. This throws off the overall graph and calculation. Why did this change?
Tracking two accounts
This App works quite well. Both my wife and I have Power of Attorney on each other’s retirement accounts. So is there way for me to look at balances of both of our accounts in the TIAA App on my iPhone? Similarly my wife would like to view both accounts on her iPhone.
Loses Face ID enrollment upon update
Overall, the app works reasonably well, although it can be a bit too simplistic on some screens ("100% multi-asset" doesn't mean much, and I have to click twice to find out the breakdown).
One frustrating aspect is that updating the app seems to deactivate a previously enrolled Face ID login.
