Small reminder, big impact

My day is crazy and I, most of time, believe that problems and situations are making me even crazier.
That is when I heard the "bing" and reading the message I normally realize that all is fixable, doesn't make sense to worry to much about future and what I did it's done and there is no chance to change it.
So, I breathe and concentrate on NOW and act to get better future with my lessons from past.
Great app, small reminder leading to big changes.
