Troubles!!! Purchase not working...
Wow. iOS 8.02 is so messed up that even Apple can't make its own app work!!! That is not a good sign!
My problem is a big one- the "confirm purchase" button sends me in a loop and freezes. I can't buy anything on the app since the iOS update!
I thought the app update would take care of the problem.
But once again, it freezes or keeps bringing up shipping address page whenever I press "confirm purchase".
All the info is correct- my address, my card info, etc. I have bought from Apple half a dozen times with this info. (It's saved in my account)
I don't know what the problem is.
I ended up buying my iPhone 6 elsewhere.
But I wanted an apple case for it. Despite starting over from scratch, deleting and reinstalling the app, I can't make the purchase.
Now there's a 5 week back order Before it was 2 weeks.
I'm so frustrated!!!
I will go online to purchase, but it is a pain. What's the point of this app if it doesn't allow purchases!!!
Missed the mark...
First of all, why the Apple Store app developers have not enabled Touch ID is beyond me, but again reiterates that Apple is no longer ahead of the curve.
This app does not allow for off-contract purchase of the iPhone and redirects you to the website.
Does not allow you to easily check item inventory at store locations.
Does not let you have more than one shipping address on file.
Annoying and frustrating. Just overall a poor experience compared to the high standards Apple thinks they achieve.
Great for browsing for gifts
Really enjoy using this app on my iPad to shop for accessories like cases for my family. Very innovative way to shop and look at lots of items at once! On my iPhone, paying with the phone and walking out without waiting for someone to check me out is so cool!
