Obsessed with Express


I’m so confused by other reviews below that are ranting and raving about the poor quality of this app. The EXPRESS app is DOOOPE and I use it constantly. And I’ve literally never had a problem with it. I love EXPRESS clothing. Mainly because I’m a guy, a skinny one, and they make clothes in size XSMALL and not many men’s stores do. The 28” 30” pants fit me great. And they do tend to stay pretty current and trendy with their stuff. Sometimes a little too much and I stay away from that stuff. i.e the Logo Graphic Tees. But I digress. The app gives you ALL the info you need. Your NEXT info. Different ways to earn points. Super accessible shopping . Access to your credit card, to shop with or make payments. It’s so easy. Maybe these unhappy ppl have cheap phones or don’t use an Express card. Which is just crazy cuz EXPRESS has the most incredible rewards program if taken advantage of. If you’re reading this review, I’m telling you this app is awesome. Don’t listen to haters. At least see for yourself. This app is on the first page of my phone, right below my Instagram, my Twitter and my Snapchat apps. It’s a DEFINITE must have for me. I’m 100 % pro Expresss and the app is like the icing on the cake.

This updated app is not working properly


I have the app and have had it for over a year. I always update when required, but the last update has a serious glitch and it just doesn’t work properly. I will add items to my cart, but when I do it says the item is no longer available and the not add. I log off and log back in and the item is in my cart. Now this new update led version is currently not working properly. It is updated and when it looks as if it’s about to log in, a pop up box comes up and says this app is so last season and to update new version in App Store...well the issue here is that it is updated and still not working properly. I reset my phone a few times and still the same thing. This is so inconvenient for me because now I have to physically go to the express web and log in that way...I order at least 3-4 times a month and now I’m trying to order some items through the app, but don’t want to now because the app is easier for me. Call me lazy, but my life style and daily activities makes life easier for me to use the app. Express if your listening please fix this because your loosing sales. Thanks

Express lover and loyal shopper but major app issues & low customer service

Love express and shop in store and online frequently however the last several app experiences have been very poor. I browse or shop the app multiple times a month and the app has either consistently froze, shutdown completely, cleared items from my cart, and/or will not allow you to view details of a product. Additionally, the filters aren’t always effective but the former issues are the most frustrating. After several frustrating app shopping trips I reached out to customer service because my point rewards were not showing up at checkout. The customer service department did not get back to me until well over a week or two later.

I am not one to post a negative user experience to simply vent or complain, as many do and to each their own, however as a loyal shopper I am very disappointed in my last several shopping experience and I would hate to delete the app over what should be simple fixes.
