Airport
Ordered one to the airport as I had a flight and the car was amazing. I later reserved a car to pick me up at the airport and even though my flight was delayed for like 20 minutes the driver was still there and was very understandable and nice. Overall the service and the drivers are great and all the cars they offer are in top notch. Would really recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable service and nice drivers

Total waste of time!
I’ve been using you guys off and on for a couple of years and most of the time it’s been ok a little expensive but I figured it was worth it.
Well today I was a total let down. I simply wanted to go from downtown Seattle to the Airport but after it was schedule and confirmed I get a notification that you were running a little late, 40 minutes is not a little late especially for someone going to the airport. So I just booked Lyft and they showed up in 3 minutes. Why would I ever book GroundLink again, I see no benefit. Thanks
