What's New in Version 4.19

Improvements
- Strong attempts to pre-fill sets after you enter data for the first one during Free Workouts.
- Body weight exercises use your body weight measurements for total volume calculations.
- Updates to workouts show in History more quickly after syncing successfully.
- Added a scrolling animation when switching between exercises.

Apple Watch
- Show all exercises in Recent when adding a new exercise, not just performed ones.
- Fix: Update Routine option could do nothing.

Other changes
- Calorie intake rounds to 2 decimal places when displayed.
- Updated Facebook and Twitter social media links.
- Improved reporting for debugging Store errors.
- Fix: Some features (including decimal points) were not available after starting a workout.
- Fix: Deletion and reordering of exercises in a workout was not being synced properly.

A superior workout logging app

I'm very pleased with this app in every way I just need to use it (exercise) more often =)
I would like to see a custom rest timer. The default is 2min, which is fine but I'd set it a bit shorter if I could. Overall it's the best app I've tried and the easiest to use "in the gym". Hats off to the devs!
*Update* They added the custom timer and a bunch more features and improvements. I tell everyone that works out about this app!
One more suggestion: It's tough to scale and crop progress pics. I take pics after most workouts and being able to crop just what you want would be great.

Best Workout App!!!

I've been working out since November and stopped last Feb to Mid April. I lost my motivation cuz I didn't know what to do anymore. I'm not logging my workouts, it's like I feel that I'm burning out myself without any progress.
Then last April before the month ends, I've discovered this app, and guess what? I'M BACK.
I can see now my progress thru time and by using this, I do really enjoy going to the gym now. Everytime I see my graphs/charts, I'm really happy and feel more motivated because of this app. VERY EASY TO USE!!!

The best app for workout log!

I tried a lot of workout log apps and this one has the most clean, awesome design and easy to use interface from all of them. Easy to type your sets and reps and it shows your last workout numbers as you do workout so you can keep track of your progress. The only thing I would do to make it perfect is a calendar where you can log your workouts by color (ex: leg day = blue) and that shows a monthly view of your routine.
