Fitstar is free to download and use. Upgrading to Fitstar Premium adds the above features and is available through an auto-renewing subscription. A monthly subscription is $7.99 and a yearly subscription is $39.99. Subscription is for Fitstar Personal Trainer app only.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.

So so workout app
I was pretty disappointed in this app and after a day wish I hadn't gotten a months subscription. The workouts are great and there's awesome variety but I hate that I can't turn off the move previews or turn off the time between workouts where you're supposed to rate the exercise. It makes the workout seem significantly slower paced and I feel like I'm getting way too much rest, and I really don't want to touch my screen every 30 seconds to rate individual exercises... I also don't like how few reps some of the exercises are. Sure I could do more and then during the rate section say I did more, but I'd rather the app automatically push me to do more. Maybe an option for "easy, medium or hard" at the beginning with varying lengths of exercises and numbers of reps could help. I feel like this could be an awesome app, but for me it falls truly short.
Fun and challenging
Fitstar is very easy to use to the point it's intuitive. I have been looking for a great workout app but most are very boring and just repeat he same exercises for every work out. Fitstar is the perfect workout app. It has great tailored workouts that challenge me, are never boring and I can do anywhere, no equipment required. There is plenty of variety in the exercises to mix it up and I have made significant gains since using fitstar!
Perfect for Me
Looking to start exercising and getting healthy. Problem is, as an unhealthy person, I didn't really know where to start. Fitstar is perfect. The exercises are great and challenging. The videos are really good at demonstrating the exercises. As a graduate student, it's hard to find time to exercise, but a I can easily fit in a fitstar routine in my brief free time. At home and at the office.
