5 Stars is not enough

In a five star rating, T-Mobile customer service is an easy 11. We took the long way getting to T-Mobile having previous accounts with #verizon and #at&t, we are very clear on what bad customer service is like, but thankfully we switched to T-Mobile and couldn’t be happier. When it comes to customer support #2 Verizon and #3 AT&T are not even in the same league with #1 T-Mobile. Not only that, the reception is better than ever now with zero dropped calls or poor connections compare to the spotty coverage we previously had.
If you want to switch to the single best Cellular Provider, don’t wait, switch now to T-Mobile. We are on a first name basis with our dedicated T-Mobile support team which is specific to just the area I live in, not the whole country or the whole state. If we have a question or an issue we contact Elijah and he will fix it quick AND will call back with updates so I know exactly what is going on, and it’s alway the same great guy, Elijah handling it.
Have you ever had an issue with your cellular provider before? Did you receive calls every couple of days from the same person letting you know the status of getting it fixed and making sure everything is done correctly? If you want to be treated right and with respect and if you want a company that makes you feel like they care about you and that they want you to continue to use them for your provider, then you need to switch to T-Mobile, THE BEST one of them all.

Service is descent.

I switched over 5 lines from AT&T last week. I was really excited to take advantage of the Military discount that they offer. The rates are incredible and the service is good but not great. It is much cheaper than our last rate plan from AT&T.
When we drive around and talk on our phones we hear more light noises in calls and the signal isn’t quit as strong as AT&T especially going up major routes like the 5fwy in CA. We are a outdoor family, so we’ve only had a few excursions since we signed up, but the signals were a little weaker in our usual traveling spots. The part of T-mobile I can’t stand is there call center. The only call center that you can call is in the Philippines. So you end up talking to someone that English is a second language that you cant understand and to top it off, they read from a transcript. You can’t have a conversation with the call center. One is, they don’t understand you.
Two, they don’t have the knowledge of service that a US call center would have.
It took 3 attempts over the phone to sign up before I finally went into a store. Even the store employees complained that they have to call the call center to get anything done, and the customer service agents are difficult to understand and lack the information that a agent would have being in the states. That is my main gripe about T-mobile.

Customer Service declining

Been a customer for over 10 years. Up until about 2 years ago I could call into customer service and always had very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to understand T-Mobile representatives to assist me with my needs and concerns. They were even quick to offer compensation for any inconveniences. In the last few years this has changed drastically. Every time I call I get a run around. The representatives sound foreign, have heavy accents and are very hard to understand. They also never seem to understand me no matter how many times I repeat my needs or issues. I often get off the phone feeling like I no less than I did before about my issue or the resolution and they never offer any compensation for my trouble or time. Sad to see so much decline in a once prized phone customer service now become so poor. Honestly have thought about leaving the company serval times simply because of this issue as I’ve literally wasted hours upon hours of my time because of the lacking knowledge of the over the phone customer service department. Better to drive to the store to get help for any issue than it is to even call customer service. Very sad to see such a disconnection between their knowledge and training from over the phone to the store sites. Otherwise T-Mobile is 5 stars...
