Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month, and yearly subscriptions automatically renew each year. Subscription renewal is charged through your iTunes account. Subscriptions renew automatically at $4.99 per month or $39.99 for a full year unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

Hi Pacers! Pacer is now more social, and you can get rewarded for inviting friends! It’s now easier to invite your friends to Pacer, and when 3 friends you invite join you’ll get a free Pacer Premium Membership! You can now also search for your Facebook Friends and phone contacts in Pacer, so you can get active together.

We’ve also introduced a new “Feed” page to make it easier to follow your Pacer friends and connect with the Pacer community. Share your status and activities, GPS results and more to your feed and followers. To accommodate these changes, the “Plan” and “Goal” pages have been moved to the “Me” tab. “Feed” is now located where “Plan” used to be.

Easy to use; great motivator!


Love this app! Can use it for just walking around the house to track steps per day and calories burned, or set it up for a workout with gps so I can see an accurate distance/time/speed walked. (It doesn’t eat up my data for this either!) It’s amazing to look at total distance walked since I first started using the app til now (Dec. 2016-Feb. 2018) and see that I’ve racked up over 1,450 MILES (and well over 3.2 MILLION steps! :)
When I first got the app, I had a very old phone that I couldn’t update, and Pacer was the ONLY pedometer app I could find that would work on it. I would, very rarely, have it crash and lose that day’s data- very frustrating, but otherwise loved it, and grateful I had it.
Since updating to a new phone (and version of the Pacer app), I haven’t experienced ANY crashing!
Thank you, Pacer, for creating a wonderful, stable app! It’s been a big part of my weight loss and fitness efforts, and I will gladly credit you for motivation in helping me lose about 30 lbs.! (Just 10 lbs. left to go!) ;)

Great with iphone 6, but don't use with iPhone 4 or 5

I love this app and use it on my iPhone 6 to track all my steps to improve my health. But when I got one of the regular app upgrades on my iPhone 4S it periodically stopped working while I was walking. I walk more than 1,500 steps but the count didn't change at all. It got a little better when I shut down the badges and all other notifications, but it still locked up on the count at least once a day.
After deleting this from my iPhone 4s I got a new iPhone 6 a couple months later. After reading some other reviews about the issues with 4s specifically, I decided to try it again on the new phone. Glad I did because it works much better on the 6. Still upset that the software developers left the 4s for dead, or else I would give it 5 stars.

Today was my first official day of walking and I couldn’t be happier! I searched through many apps trying to find one that I liked and didn’t have any success until I found this one! I finally talked myself into walking (after internally battling with myself for about 30 minutes) and I feel awesome. The only thing that I can complain about is that the map is a little off. It shows that I walked through houses instead of on the road (if I could show you, I would but I can’t upload pictures onto here obviously). Besides the map issue, I like everything. The amount of things I can do without a subscription is perfect for a beginner like me. I would definitely recommend this app to others!
