Just place a finger over the camera for two minutes, and StressScan will analyze changes in your heart rate and scientifically measure the level of your mental and physical stress on a scale of 1 to 100.
Stress is the root cause of many illnesses. Measure your stress to manage it!

- What is the principle behind StressScan? −
Many of the functions essential to maintaining human health are controlled by the autonomic nervous system. It is medically recognized that the balance of the autonomic nervous system can become disordered through fatigue and other stress, stemming from causes such as work and human relationships. By analyzing the waveform of your heartbeat as measured at the fingertip, StressScan can analyze the balance of your autonomic nervous system and measure your stress level on a stress index of 1 to 100.

- You can trust StressScan! -
The technology used by StressScan is based on heart rate variability analysis, which is widely recognized in the field of heart rate analysis and autonomic nervous system research.
Although heart rate variability analysis technology is not yet generally well known, many medical institutions and companies have taken an interest and are beginning to put it to use. The technology is seeing use even at the cutting edge of stress care, including adoption by the US military to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in soldiers returning from the battlefield, and by NASA for astronaut training and health management.

First day

I just got this app today but so far I like it. I am a huge stresser. I try not to do it but it's just what I do. I tried this app for the first time today and also monitored my heart beat and pressure with my fitbit and they were consistently the same. We will see how it goes as I continue to use it. So far I would highly recommend this app to anyone.

Excellent app!

This is such a great app! It’s incredibly accurate too. My beginning score was the max stress level at 100 with a resting heart rate of 111 laying down. My goal is to find ways to deal with and lower my stress level and track it effectively on this app every morning and night.

Nice app

Use it everyday! And it easy and fast, the ads aren’t good bad but it would be nice to have a Ad Free one I be willing to pay a little for that. also should come up with an Apple Watch app so it can use the Apple Watch Heart Rate measurements as well
