The free Angie’s List Pro app instantly notifies you of customer messages, and allows you to manage leads with ease, optimize your profile, send review requests from the job-site and more!

The iOS Angie's List Pro app now supports a new type of push notification to keep pros in the loop for new reviews! Pros will receive a notification every day counting their number of new reviews received the previous day. Notification settings can be altered from Account -> Settings -> Push Notifications.
Participating pros also now have access to their Client Success Manager contact information directly from the app! Their phone and email can now be seen on the pro's dashboard view.
Lastly, pros can now request reviews directly from individual leads!

“Don’t waste your money” paid over $1900 and got nothing.
I was charged $300 a month for 3 months and got zero leads. Went to cancel my account cause of Angie’s list not performing they said I will be charged another $1000 to cancel it. The call center idiot said there just a listing service not a lead service I was told 20+ leads a month when they where trying to sell it to me never mentioned the fine to cancel. Told them to cancel my auto with drawl what do you know they didn’t and pulled the $1000 out. Had to file a fraudulent withdrawal with my bank to hopefully get it resolved. If not I have to file a complaint with the attorney general of MI.

I cannot request reviews from my customers via email because the app doesn’t recognize that I have Outlook Mail set up on my phone. The error message states, “Please set up an email account in order to send email.” I have Outlook Mail on my phone.

The number of reviews I have versus the number that the app says I have does not match. Also, it created a duplicate review for one user.
Looks like the last update was four weeks ago. It can be pretty frustrating to be a paying advertiser, and yet little attention is paid to the app.
