To start we’ll set you up with an Action Plan. You’ll be taken through an assessment, asking you a series of questions about your current lifestyle so that we can identify your attitudes and main pain points. This will help us to provide you with a new set of actionable habits to work through.
Over the course of the plan, you’ll be encouraged to check off your habits on a daily basis with the aim to track progress towards mastering each one of them.
Making changes to your lifestyle isn’t easy - especially on your own. With our group based challenges, people are matched to others who have the same goals, working towards a team goal. All you need to do is connect your phone or wearable tracker to the app so that you can add your steps and help your team reach their goal. In addition, there will be an active forum where you can interact, sharing the highs and encouraging each other if you hit any lows.

You can set goals related to your weight, the activities you do such as your daily steps and much more. Great idea if it doesn't crash constantly
I got to use the app for about 30 seconds and then it crashed. Tried a couple of times and the same thing. I liked what I saw in that two minutes.
This app looks amazing, it might just be my old iPhone 5, but it crashes when you try to join an activity. FYI
