Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, I believe there is some confusion.
It looks like there is some confusion about the difference between Stripe and Payment for Stripe (the app). These two entities are separate; Stripe is your payment gateway, and is in charge of processing transactions and making payouts to your account. Payment for Stripe is an avenue for collecting payments with your Stripe account.
The app is merely an avenue for allowing you to collect payments to your Stripe account, and all of the requirements you listed above are requirements of a separate 3rd party.
Stripe Customer Support
Terrible customer support. No number listed to contact anyone, Do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Awful!!! No one wants to conduct business through only emails. You are dealing with finances and you should be available to support your customers. I had a dispute filed on my account and could not get in touch with anyone to help with uploading my documents to resolve the issue.
There is no customer service available to assist you. They seemed to be located in another country. They keep the money for 10 days. They charges are so high for services that one can get for free. It seems that their company is not interesting in providing good customer service and customer satisfaction.
Very upsetting, a total waste of time, and very problematic.
