In the first five minutes of using this app I couldn’t believe how easy it was to navigate my through the listings. The filters are easy to use and apply, I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment or a place to live, this would be the app to use.

Too good to be true

I was recently looking at properties on this app and when I contacted landlords they told me that their properties were managed through Airbnb and they would be handling payments. Then I received "from" Airbnb which fake. It also requested that payments be made via iTunes gift cards. THIS IS A SCAM.

So disappointed with this app for not doing proper background and security checks on their tenants/landlords.

After doing research on all of this I found out the same guy who tried scamming me has scammed many others in various cities throughout the country.

Never has anything listed

I have given up using this for the 5th time. Every time in the last few years I have needed to move, I download this app, put in the information for what I need, and it gives me NOTHING. A solid goose egg every time. I am starting to think either listing creators don't know about this app or that there is zero reasonably priced housing on this app at all and that they focus exclusively on high end or out of my region housing. I'm in a mod sized California city so for it to have NOTHING completely blows my mind...
