Good but missing parts

I really like the idea of this app. For the most part it’s great but some of the video links are missing so I can’t see how to do the exercise that is prompted.

Was looking for a great motivating app to to get up off my butt at work and help with my anxiety. This app sent notifications like “repent the end is coming” and “you will die if you don’t listen to me”. Which did great things to help my anxiety (ya right!) The YouTube videos don’t work for a lot of the workouts and obviously no one in support is fixing the links and might not even have permission to use the videos. I would stray away.

Garbage, waste of money

Doesn’t let me set the days I work. It assumes everyone has a standard workweek with consecutive days. I can’t set it to only remind me on the nights I work. The videos are silly too, just links to YouTube videos.
