Astronaut Spacewalk HD is the iPad optimised and improved version of the iPhone game.
Astronaut Spacewalk is a highly realistic astronaut jetpack simulator. Fly from the Space Shuttle cargo bay to several satellites, align to position to make repairs and dock back in the Shuttle.
Enjoy the majestic views of earth from Space in 20 daring missions, and work on detailed satellites like the Hubble telescope, and stations like MIR and Skylab.
Pretty to look at but difficult to master. Flying in space is not like flying a plane. A small wrong movement can send you in a collision path and the stress of trying to recover while keeping the valuable electricity and fuel resources.
Challenge yourself to master Inertial Flight in space where there is no up or down and there is nowhere to hang on to if you loose control.
The difference between life and death is the oxygen in your suit and the nitrogen in your jetpack
It might be beautiful but who said that floating in space was easy?
This iPad version features a completely new front end, new button layout, improved physics, and new music.
This is the format that the game needed to be played at and finally is here.
What's New in Version 1.1
Fixed support for both landscape orientations.
Fixed some minor bugs.
ALL Missions complete...now what?!?!
Very challenging at first but once you get the hang of the thrusters, it's not very hard. I completed all missions and find that there's nothing more to do or look forward to...no new missions...nothing! Developers weren't very imaginative with the game. When you're done, I guess you're done. Wish they would update the game to have some adventures and challenges like in the movie 'Gravity'!
Great value, something to hold me over until NMS
Wonderful little game to give me that spacewalk fix. If you've got the cold sweats waiting for No Man's Sky, you're probably hungering for whatever space exploration game you can get your hands on. For the price, get this. May not have too much longevity once you get the hang of it, but you'll love mastering the controls (which are kind of difficult at first)!
Being calm and alone in space is good when you know you can return to mother earth at any time. This is all kid's wish also mine. I can feel the realistic even not know if it's definitely true, yet thanks for letting me go out and play :D
